Watch out for signs of mold. If you see any green mold, white fuzzy mold, or darkish black places (mildew) to the mushroom, don't try to eat it. Don’t stress if you see blue staining—This can be prevalent in Psilocybe mushrooms and an indicator the mushrooms contain psilocybin.
